You are bidding on Heritage brand Mid-Century Modern Furniture, 1 King Sized Bed and Two Matching Night Stands. Furniture appears to be in excellent condition. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER MATCHING PIECES LISTED IN SEPERATE AUCTIONS. (YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO TAKE THE MATRESS IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE MATTRESS WE WILL DISPOSE OF IT)
The school purchased a property adjacent to us from a thermometer manufacturing company, part of the property was a storage building and many things were left behind. We are selling off the unneeded items. Some items we are able to be tested however YOU are encouraged to inspect the items before bidding.

 Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
