A: The current lease is with a not-for-profit organization for a $1.00. Their lease terminates November 30, 2022, with a stipulation that if the property sold, they would receive a 60-day termination notice. It would be up to the purchaser to negotiate with a prospective tenant. (5/26/22 8:21 AM)
