The seller implies no warranty or guarantees; sold “AS IS- WHERE IS”. Only what is described is for sale regardless of what else is in the picture. The successful bidder will be completely responsible for safe removal of item and will need to sign a Hold Harmless agreement, see attached. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” NO shipping is available for this lot. Winning bidder will need to sign HOLD HARMLESS agreement, see attached.
