All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within this time. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer’s representative MUST present Payment Received, which may be printed, from your GovDeals Account. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and the buyer’s certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SOUTHEAST DISTRICT, ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKING, LOADING, OR SHIPPING. BUYER WILL NEED TO MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.

TOXIC MATERIALS DISCLOSURE: MoDOT is selling a tire product that should be used for purposes allowed by state and federal solid and hazardous waste regulations. Tire products may contain hazardous components and if intended for disposal may be subject to state and federal solid and hazardous waste regulations.
NOTIFICATION: Pursuant to the Missouri Solid Waste Management Law and Regulations and the Missouri Hazardous Waste Law and Regulations, the Seller is hereby notifying you of your obligations under Missouri Law and Regulations should you choose to use or dispose of these materials in a manner other than the original intended use by the Missouri Department of Transportation.
SCRAP TIRE HAULER PERMIT: Buyer certifies that they have the appropriate Missouri Department of Natural Resources (Hereinafter, "MDNR") scrap tire hauling permit and have provided a copy of same to Commission representative.
REGULATORY INFORMATION: Copies of the Missouri Solid Waste Management Law and Regulations and the Missouri Hazardous Waste Law and Regulations are available from the Office of the Secretary of State. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has guidance materials available for your use. You are encouraged to contact their Technical Assistance Program at (573)526-6627.
