1 Lot of 108 Pieces of Hotel Furniture *STORED OFF-SITE* Remove by 7-15-2023

This lot includes 41 sofas, 52 chairs and 15 Futons (dark brown frame with light brown cushions).

These items are stored in a Hotel on the University Campus. The winning bidder is responsible for the payment and the arrangements for equipment to pick up and load the furniture.

*PLEASE NOTE: I WILL BE OUT OF THE OFFICE FROM 6-5 THROUGH 6-11-2023 AND WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS DURING THAT TIME.*

ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AND PICKED UP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pick up of items MUST be completed by 4:00 PM. We will not pick, pack, or ship.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Items are available for inspection from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays).
Payment

Removal
Property may be removed any time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
