Inspections and pick up are by appointment only; please allow 24 hours in advance unless other arrangements are made with site. BUYER'S IMPORTANT NOTICE: WINNING BIDDER *** MUST PICK UP ALL GOODS BY 1:00 PM CDT ON Friday 12/5/2022*** NO EXCEPTIONS!! If you cannot meet these terms do not bid. The USPS will bring the material to a loading dock. Successful bidder will be completely responsible for loading onto their vehicle/trailer with their own manpower and equipment. The USPS will not assist in loading in any fashion; consider this when bidding. Only what is described in this lot is at auction regardless of what is in the picture. NOTE: The seller implies no warranty or guarantees. Equipment must be removed from the premises at buyer’s expense. There will be a USPS employee on premise to oversee the removal. Bidder will be required to adhere to all USPS safety regulations. Bidder will sign Hold Harmless agreement prior to loading. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The USPS RESERVES THE OPTION TO REMOVE THIS AUCTION AT ANY TIME.

Successful bidders are responsible for Safe loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. PROPERTY MAY BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyers Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Prior to removal, buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale, and a Hold Harmless Agreement. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS AND IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS! ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF YOU MUST ACQUIRE FREIGHT OR TRANSPORTATION, PLEASE RESEARCH AVAILABILITY, RATES AND COMPANIES THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING.
