If auction winner does not pick-up item(s) not picked up within the 10-days, we will process a refund and the asset will be offered to the next highest bidder. Property may be removed during the hours Monday-Thursday 9am- 1pm. You must wear a mask while in building. Once item has been paid for, please email storeroom@lakelandcc.edu to let us know estimated time of pick-up. Storeroom will confirm time and let you know any additional instructions. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Limited assistance maybe be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
