Mechanical:
Trailer appears to be in mechanically good shape, wheels turn freely, tilt deck and hitch latches all work properly. Deck boards are cracked but still structurally solid. Tires have good tread but are severely sun- checked (see pictures).

All known factory recalls have been performed as of the time of this listing.

Vehicle was maintained in accordance to factory standards, but maintenance records are not available.

Known mechanical issues:
Tires need to be replaced

Exterior:
Vehicle body is in good shape. The paint is flat, and there is surface rust in various spots (see pictures).

RemovalRemoval
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
