25 foot, Morrison Standard Concrete Screed. 2 separate pieces with the mechanicals on them, with an extra 5 foot section.
Purchased: 2016-17. Removed from service: 2019.
Equipment is operable. The screed has been used pouring an estimated 8,000 yards of concrete. Motor runs. Hydraulics work. Cables and bearing may need some inspection for wear, but it had been used in 2019.
Pickup hours are Monday - Friday - 7 to 3.

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyers Certificate.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
Successful bidders will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. Under no circumstances will the City of Cedar Rapids assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
Prior to removal, the buyer or buyer's authorized representative must sign a Bill of Sale.
