This auction is for a set, of Twenty-five (25) wooden chairs. Condition is good, used in schools.

No guarantee or warranty, stated or implied, regarding current condition or operability.

Bidder is encouraged to inspect before bidding. Item is being sold “as is, where is”.

No other information is available at this time. Viewing and pickup by appointment only, and must be scheduled at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

Awarded bidder is responsible for the removal of all items. Georgetown County School District does not offer assistance with loading or provide equipment for loading in any manner.

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time/date from issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon presentation of a Buyer’s Certificate from GovDeals.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Georgetown County School District assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed as indicated on the Auction Page, excluding District holidays.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 (ten dollars) may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
