UCF Surplus does not perform extensive testing on any item, therefore the condition and completeness of the items listed cannot be known. There are no accessories included unless otherwise noted. For large items you can e-mail us to inspect prior to auction close date.

• Please e-mail or call to arrange for pickups of bulky items or large lots at least 24 hours in advance.


• Pull around to the back side of this address with the large bay doors and come inside!

Terms of Sale

UCF Surplus Property is offered for sale "As-Is / Where-Is". Materials sold by the UCF Surplus Unit are sold without warranty, whether expressed or implied, and without guarantee of merchantability for any particular use or purpose.

Data Security: All hard drives and storage devices will be wiped or factory reset prior to sale. In some instances this means that manufacturer's software and operating systems will not be included and will have to be obtained in order to make an item work.

Items included: Please note that occasionally our photographs will show moving equipment or other implements along with the item. Unless explicitly expressed in the wording of the auction these are not included as part of the sale.

We accept cash (US Currency), money orders, or cashiers checks. We do not accept personal checks for the purchase of Surplus items. 

6.50% Florida State Sales Tax will apply to all transactions unless a current Resale Tax Certificate is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse loading onto any vehicle that is not equipped to carry this material in a safe manner.

UCF property transfers of surplus property or otherwise, may involve equipment, software or technical information subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations whose export is restricted by statute. Violations may result in administrative, civil or criminal penalties. Buyers assume all responsibility to comply with such laws including obtaining prior U.S. government approval or authorization to transfer or retransfer the property toanother country. UCF assumes no liability for such transfers.
