NOTE: Please be aware that title will NOT be provided at time of removal. No Exceptions. Vehicle titles are stored at a separate location. Buyer may either pick up title from the City facility where titles are stored OR provide a prepaid FedEx/UPS shipping label OR the City will mail by USPS. No Exceptions.
Removal and loading will be done at winning bidder's expense. There will be no removal assistance by the City and County of Denver.
Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM.
Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with City and County of Denver employees at least 24 hours in advance. No exceptions! The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled and/or Bill of Sale is not presented and/or arrival occurs outside of authorized removal hours. No exceptions!
If item is to be shipped, buyer must perform all shipping arrangements, including providing proper pick-up vehicle. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.
Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction. No exceptions!!! If you do not abide by these terms your account with GovDeals will be locked!!!

A: This vehicle had regular maintenance per a preventative maintenance schedule. There are 3 sets of keys and 1 fob for this vehicle. The vehicle does start and run with no known issues. (11/30/20 9:22 AM)

A: According to our records, a Commander used it until 2016, then it was assigned to Traffic Investigations until 2018. Since then it has been a pool vehicle at the garage. (11/30/20 4:27 PM)

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS
TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Removal appointments shall be made between the hours of 8 AM and 2 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, unless otherwise listed in the item description on the website.
Buyer shall remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award. If the Buyer, after making payment for an item, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the City and County of Denver reserves the right (1) to retain any and all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item as deemed desirable by the agency.
Successful bidders shall be responsible for the loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City and County of Denver assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Loading and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. No service of any kind will be furnished by the City.
A daily storage fee of $100.00 will be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Guarantee Waiver.
