Phillips Tecnai 12 Transmission Electron Microscope w/ Gatan Camera.

The following desciption was provided by the transferring department: "ThermoFisher (formerly FEI and Philips) Tecnai 12 transmission electron microscope with a Gatan UltraScan digital camera. The microscope is in excellent condition, but its room is needed for another instrument. The microscope will be in active use until the beginning of March. Buyer needs to be able to take the Tecnai 12 between March 1 and March 18. Haskris model R075EW water chiller, two utility racks, and two single-tilt specimen holders are included.

This unit is stored at an off-site location on campus. The winning bidder will be responsible for the cost and for the arrangements to have the unit picked up and shipped from the on-campus off-site location. The unit MUST be picked up between March 1 and March 18, 2023.

*PLEASE NOTE: I AM SCHEDULED TO BE OUT OF THE OFFICE FROM 1-25 THROUGH 2-3-2023. I WILL HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND WILL DO MY BEST TO ANSWER BASIC QUESTIONS DURING THAT TIME.*

ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AND PICKED UP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pick up of items MUST be completed by 4:00 PM. We will not pick, pack, or ship.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Items are available for inspection from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays).
Payment

Removal
Property may be removed any time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
