1997 International/E-Z Pack Refuse Truck
1997 International Chassis with 20 CY E-Z Pack Body (Galion Solid Waste Equipment, Inc.) refuse truck. Purchased new by the Village of Versailles in July 1996. International DT 466, 230 HP, diesel engine with Eaton-Fuller 6-speed manual transmission. Wheelbase 202" cab to axle, 138" axle to frame. Engine and transmission operate as expected with no known issues. Air conditioning does not work. Heat and defrost works. AM/FM Radio works. PTO engages and operates as expected. Maintenance records available for review upon request. Refuse unit operates as expected. Includes dumpster cable winch and hook. Truck scales at 24,420 with 3/4 tank of fuel. Cab seat is a bench with no air-ride suspension seat. Backup camera works. Original yellow truck paint. Steering tires are in good shape, drive tires are worn but still have some life. Truck includes a lift axle with single wheel/tire on each side. Capable for duals on lift axle. VHF radio is not included in this auction. This truck was used for refuse and recycling service by the Village. The truck has been used for only cardboard and yard waste collection for the past several years. Successful bidder will be provided maintenance records that we have in addition to any documents/literature that we have on file for this unit.

 Removal

Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. The Village of Versailles WILL NOT ship any items at our expense, nor will provide any shipping materials or shipping assistance of any kind. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL 24 HOURS, IN ADVANCE, TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
