The College does not have accommodations for Buyers to "test" equipment prior to removal. Successful Buyer must schedule and appointment to pick up equipment. Pick up days are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.; no evening or weekend hours.

PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Removal days/hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m to 2:30 p.m. For additional information, contact Procurement at 443-412-2307.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. If items are palletized, Buyers must take all items on the pallets.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate and photo ID at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.**

Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent. If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide Agent with a faxed copy of Buyer's Certificate, copy of the Buyer's photo ID and their signed authorization to release their items. Third party agent must also present photo ID.
Items will not be released if the Buyer does not arrange for appropriate sized vehicle to pick up the auctioned items.

Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
