During the video power came to the dash and the vehicle cranked but did not start. Then the power went completely out during the video and the jump box did not bring power to the dash when we tried again. This vehicle is listed as a Non starting vehicle. Buyers must pick up within 7 days of auction close. After 7 days, auctions may be canceled. If auction is canceled, bidder's GovDeals account will be locked.
