2017 Simplicity Utility Tractor with Attachments.
This utility tractor starts, runs, and operates as it should.
Purchased brand new in 2018. Only 44.4 hours. 33 HP Briggs and Stratton Vanguard Engine.
Fully enclosed operator's seated area (see pictures).
Used for mowing, snow removal, sweeping and bucket.
No repairs needed. Maintained regular annual schedule. Owners manual available.
One minor scratch on the left side of the engine cover (see picture).
Dimensions: Length 80 inches, Width 48 inches, Height 78 inches to top of lights.
Attachments included with item:
- 60 inch mowing deck
- 60 inch snow removal blade
- 46 inch snow blower
- 60 inch sweeper
- Bucket attachment
Also, includes a new shaft for attachments and a new roll bar (both new in the boxes - see picture).

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Winning bidder is responsible for all packing, shipping, loading, and removal of asset. Under no circumstances will the city of Grinnell, Iowa, assume any responsibility for removal of asset. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
