GVWR (18,000 lb. front /24,000 lb. rear), TAK-4 front suspension, Hale QMAX 150-21X single-stage pump, 750-gallon poly water tank, Foam Pro A & B foam system with two foam cells, Harrison model 8.0 MAS hydraulic generator (8 KW, 240V), Hurst combination extrication tool with 230V electric pump, hose and reel, rear booster reel with hose and nozzle, rigid aluminum hosebed cover, Akron deluge monitor, Insta- Chain tire chains, Kussmaul shoreline charger and air compressor, 192 inch wheelbase, air conditioning, David Clark intercom system (no headsets), Driver’s air ride seat, 3 SCBA seats, 2 jump seats. Hour meter on dash does not work, engine hours retrieved from engine ECU. Speedometer/odometer replaced at 30,727 miles, 7/24/2007. Parts, service and repair manuals included. Loose equipment included: 28’ 2-fly extension ladder, 16’ A-frame ladder, 14’ roof ladder, 10’ attic ladder, two pike poles (6’ & 10’), backboard w/straps, spanner and hydrant wrenches. Pump test results from October 2020 attached. Clear title. Truck was a reserve unit and was fully operational when removed from service 12/14/2020.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Liquidity Services Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

The buyer will be responsible for e-mailing the City a copy of the two forms of ID if another party is picking up the item. This is in addition to presenting the buyer’s certificate at the time of release of the item.

RemovalRemoval
Removal is by appointment only! Buyers must contact the purchasing division at 319 356-5076 to schedule removal.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders must present buyers certificate and receipt or bill of sale at time of removal.

Successful bidders are responsible for the removal and loading of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will The City of Iowa City assume responsibility for packing, loading or Shipping.

Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. And 2:00p.m, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
