Homemade single axle trailer with Yamaha 4-wheeler. The trailer is approximately 70 inches wide and 116 inches long. Trailer will need tires; the right tire is completely destroyed. It will need to be towed or replacement tire brought when picked up. Trailer lights did not work when connected to a car. The wooden bed will eventually need replacing. Cotter pins on the ramp and other hardware will need replacing. There is no title for the trailer; it was seized through court order, along with a Yamaha 4-wheeler that is included with the trailer. There is no key, title, or other information available for the Yamaha. The Yamaha does not have a VIN plate or markings. Items were seized in 2014.

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
