2 sets of shelving:

Borroughs Shelving: 6 double sided sets of green sheet metal shelving. Dimensions are 7ft tall and the shelves are 34.25 inches wide. There are approximately 55 adjustable shelves. These shelves are dismantled and in storage.

Cream colored shelving: This is a double faced bookshelf with 3 sections of 3ft shelves. The total dimensions are 9’ 3”x 27”x 43-1/8” The top panel is 9 feet 3 inches long and 27 inches wide. It has 2 end panels that attach to the top panel that are 27 inches wide and 42 inches tall. There are 2 support trusses in the middle for support and attaching shelving. There are 12 regular shelves and 6 bottom shelves with this unit.

Winning bidder must be prepared to load all the items won in this bid. No cherry picking.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Hartselle, AL assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
