Removal Instructions:

Please Note: Due to Covid-19 and our Boulder County health guidance we ask you to wear a mask when you come to pick up your property. DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Our offices are closed to the public and many locations are operating with limited on-site staff. An appointment MUST be made in advance to gain access to schedule removal. If applicable, title paperwork will only be mailed out to the address listed on your GovDeals account. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Read below for removal instructions:

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. You must contact the Seller and schedule an appointment for pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Pick-up location is: 1685 38th Street STE 100, Boulder, Colorado 80301, Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm. DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT BUYERS WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
