RemovalRemoval
All property must be picked up by buyer or his authorized agent within five (5) business days after payment; no items will be shipped. Buyer must make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of removal; no items may be picked up without an appointment. Available appointment days and times are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EXCEPT FOR 11/28 AND 11/29 WHEN CITY OFFICES ARE CLOSED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Buyer must bring Buyer’s Certificate and photo identification before any item will be released for pickup. If the auction was sold as a lot, buyer is responsible for removing the entire lot.

Buyer will make all arrangements, supply all tools and equipment and perform all work necessary to remove the items. Removal includes packing, loading and transportation by the buyer; no assistance or tools/equipment will be provided. Buyer is responsible for any additional costs incurred to remove the property. If buyer is using a third party agent to remove the property, buyer must notify the contact prior to removal and the third party agent must provide a copy of the Buyer’s Certificate and identification to the contact upon arrival.

FAILURE TO REMOVE THE ITEMS BY THE DEADLINE SPECIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTION WILL RESULT IN A BREACH OF THE CONTRACT. Any buyer who fails to remove the entire lot will be considered to have defaulted on the auction. See Special Instructions for details.

Upon removal of the property, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DEFAULT ON YOUR BIDDING ACCOUNT. If after the award, the Buyer breaches the contract by failure to pay for or remove all the item(s), the Buyer will lose all right, title and interest which they may otherwise have acquired in and to such property as to which a default has occurred. Buyer’s failure to remove items awarded will be cause for removal of bidder from bidders list for future sales. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this Seller’s terms and conditions, your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.
