Set of 11 Chairs. Wood arms with a metal base. Leather/leather type material for chair covering. No rips/tears. Winning bidder is responsible for extracting item from location. No phone calls regarding questions. Any questions must be submitted through GovDeals. We will respond within 24-48 hours of the question. The winning bidder will be responsible for extracting the item off of the property. Pickups are by appointment only on Monday’s during normal business hours. Appointments will need to be made 24 hours in advance.

PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. Removal. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Forsyth County Board of Commissioners assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
