1 Used Cardboard Bailer. Unit worked when last checked.

PLEASE read below CAREFULLY: 1) Unit must be loaded with the proper equipment & TOWED away Via a certified Tow Truck or prior pre-arranged safe & acceptable means meeting Georgia Law. If You won an auction with us before & successfully picked up a unit you're good to go. 2) Inspections will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday to Friday from 9am - 1pm. Please use email to correspond. We do NOT schedule same day appointments. 3) Pick-up must be made within 7 days of payment, and is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. You will be turned away if you do not adhere to these timelines. 4) All items must be picked up within the designated timeframe, or will be considered abandoned and relisted for sale. 5) NO assistance will be provided to determine condition of vehicle, or upon pick-up. 6) NO maintenance or repair work of any type will be permitted on district property. It is up to the buyer to have it titled otherwise after receipt. 9) If there's a language barrier a Bi-Lingual Translator must be present at pick-up. No exceptions due to several prior issues. 10) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ITEMS ARE SOLD 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES

A: We don't know the specifics of this unit. It is bolted to the concrete pad it sits on. Power is connected to this unit & I can check to see who will need to be responsible for removing the electricity. **Power to be requested removed effective this week. ETA unknown. ** Bailer makes a pallet sized bail from research we've done. (2/21/21 9:58 AM)

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods are listed above.


TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. Please contact Liquidity Services Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Chattahoochee County School District, GA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
