2009 Dodge Charger SEDAN 4-DR, 5.7L V8 OHV 16V - Unmarked Police Vehicle.

Vehicle has wear and tear from use as a pursuit vehicle as well as from idling for long periods. The vehicle does run and drive but has been sitting for six months and may need to be jumped.

Vehicle has dashboard warning lights illuminated (see photos) and may not pass emission tests in its current condition. The engine and transmission are in unknown condition and may need maintenance and repair.

Vehicle has had police emergency lights, siren, and police radio removed and has significant old wiring left in the vehicle and holes from prior equipment. Vehicle is sold as is, where is, with no warranty.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
