Winning bid price needs to be approved by WVSASP prior to payment being made.
Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Log in to your GovDeals account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
If you are tax exempt, please e-mail email@example.com within 24 hours of WVSASP's approval and request the tax be removed BEFORE payment is made.
All items must be removed within 10 business days (by 4:00 p.m.) from the date of WVSASP's approval or the buyer will be defaulted. If the buyer is defaulted, GovDeals will refund the purchase price plus any taxes. THE 5% BIDDER FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE if you default. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. Partial loads will not be allowed to leave the property. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Person removing the items must provide a copy of their Buyer's Certificate at the time of removal as the Buyer's Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase. Items will only be released to the winning bidder unless prior arrangements have been made with WVSASP. The prior arrangements must be e- mailed to WVSASP@wv.gov from the e-mail address that is listed on the Buyer's Certificate and give their permission and the name of the 3rd-Party agent that will remove the items for them. If using a 3rd-Party agent for removal, buyer must provide agent with a copy of their Buyer's Certificate. Items will not be released and the removal will be delayed until WVSASP receives the above required information.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for mis-description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
