Bidder is encouraged to inspect before bidding. Items is being sold “as is, where is”. No other information is available at this time. Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Effective March 23, 2020, Georgetown County School District will be operating on abreviated hours. We will continue to auction items but pickups may be delayed. The ten (10) day pickup rule is being waived until further notice. To schedule a pickup, call Ray Pittman at (843) 436-7063. ****************************************************************************************************** All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time/date from issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon presentation of a Buyer’s Certificate from GovDeals. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Georgetown County School District assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed as indicated on the Auction Page, excluding District holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 (ten dollars) may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
