Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. If payment is made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate, an EXTENSION OF PICK UP TIME may be granted up to 5 business days for a total of 15 business days for items that ARE NOT heavy equipment or vehicles and up to 10 days for a total of 20 business days that ARE heavy equipment or vehicles. Acceptable forms of payment are: U. S. Currency/Cash, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer. We Do NOT accept PayPal. Checks shall be made payable to: SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406, Attn: Cashier MSC 6220 For J. Gonzalez. In some instances, payments may be made at the location listed in the Buyer’s Certificate. SALES TAX: Buyers may be subject to payment of Florida and/or local sales and/or use tax (6%-7.5%). Removal

Contact from the successful bidder must be made within 5 business days or Seller will declare the bidder in DEFAULT. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
