This is a part of Concord Estates subdivision that sits right along Mooneyham Road and connects to Gibbons Street. The last survey of record is recorded in PB 90 at Page 545. This plat does not represent how the parcel appears in the Sumter County GIS parcel boundary record. (See attached aerial photo). Property is being sold as is. Based on the configuration, it may be possible to create two lots from this tract, however sewer and water service may impact the practically of subdividing the parcel. This is outside of the city limits. Property does have access to Municipal Sewer however public water may need to be extended in order to connect to public sewer service. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
