Inspection

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Walk in inspections are welcome Monday through Friday between12:00 pm and 4:00 pm EST.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS.
The Surplus Store will be Closed January 18, 2021.

Payment

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate (excluding University holidays).

Current acceptable forms of payment are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, certified cashier’s check, Money Order, and personal or business checks with bank letter guaranteeing funds (mandatory). Checks should be made payable to Purdue University.
Payment may be mailed to 700 Ahlers Dr. West Lafayette, IN, 47907, Attn: Susan Ticen. Credit card payments may be phoned to 765-496-2222 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday.

Removal

items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
We are able to assist with shipping for some items. If interested, please contact us with questions. Otherwise, all pickups are 12:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday EST.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
