2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

Shipping is available from this seller, the cost will be determined between seller and buyer after the auction closes. Buyer will be able to decline shipping from the seller. Buyer will not make a payment until shipping is declined and/or final price is determined. Seller will arrange transport of purchased property, and buyer will be responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from your use of the third party shipper.
Property can be picked up from 8AM to 11:30AM & from 1:00PM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday except holidays and every Tuesday from 8AM to 9:30AM – very large items may require an appointment for pick up. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
