Up for auction is a Massey-Ferguson 135 tractor. The Perkins diesel engine runs good and tractor is in overall good condition. The tires have usable tread. There are some rusting occurring on the fenders of the tractor. The gear shifter is stuck in gear. To explain which shifter stick is hung, this tractor has 4 forward gears and reverse on the main transmission. This is the shifter that is stuck. The high and low side of the transmission shifter stick is not froze. The lift, PTO, and brakes are in working order.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Bidder Services at taxhelp@liquidityservices.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction's close to expedite this process. RemovalRemoval
All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and
perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. See special instructions on each asset page for removal details. Dawson County Fleet department does NOT have access or have access to a fork lift, any kind of loader, or equipment. We can/do not aid loading, strapping, or transporting sold asserts. This is totally the responsibility of the buyer. Not reading the removal instructions and coming to pick up an asset not prepared does NOT constitute an emergency on the sellers part, please come prepared. When an add states a vehicle needs a battery or possibly a jump start please bring cables and/or a jump box. Seller will not assist in starting vehicles when it is stated the battery starting system may need attention. A daily storage fee of $10.00
may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyers may pick up items Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Pickup will not be allowed on weekends or scheduled holidays, no exceptions. Pick up after 4:00 pm will not be allowed either.
