Parker Industrial Boiler - Model 7 301,000 BTU *CONDITION UNKNOWN*

The transferring department indicates that this unit was purchased used from a party did not use it very often. It was in working order when it was removed from the previous owners facility. It has not been used by the University since it was purchased.

The unit measures 46" X 35" X 56" and weighs approximately 1050 pounds.

This unit is being stored off-site at a location off campus. The winning bidder will pick up at that location. There is a forklift available at that location and the unit is already sitting on a pallet.

ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AND PICKED UP WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSING during normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pick up of items MUST be completed by 4:00 PM. We will not pick, pack, or ship.

Inspection
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Items are available for inspection from 8:00 AM through 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays).
Payment

Removal
Property may be removed any time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday (closed on University holidays). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
