1 Lot of used Fire Department Equipment consisting of the following, CYBEX 550 Treadmill, Working with 2 extra panels , 500 watt 110 v lights emergency lights 4 will light. Battery packs- ES2500 Booster Pac has charge adapter, Yellow pack does not have a charge adapter. 24V DEWALT Reciprocating saws with cases, 4 in good working order, 3 are broken, Battery Charger and several batteries, Scott Paks, Dewalt Drill with case, no charger Please inspect carefully before bidding

Buyer’s Certificate. Successful bidders will receive a Buyer’s Certificate by email from GovDeals.
Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will City of Montgomery assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property can only be removed by appointment only. An appointment must be made to remove property.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
