1980 Hudson Trailer

Physical Location of Asset: Hillcrest Wildlife Management Area, 678 Smith Road, New Cumberland, WV 26047.

Buyer will need to decide best way to remove the trailer because the lights and brakes may not work. The tire rims do not have tires. The tires in the pictures are in poor condition.

Body has rust.

Total Length: 21'7".

Length of Beavertail to Front: 12'.

Length of Beavertail: 2'.

Total Width: 8'.

Width of Deck: 6'4".

Tires: The tires in the pictures are in poor condition. Buyer will need to provide tires.

Tire Size: 8-14.5.

Wood Deck: The wood will need to be replaced. Boards are missing on the beavertail.

Ramps: Will lower.

Brakes and Lights: Unknown if they work.

Trailer is easy to access.

Title: The title will be made out and mailed to the buyer as indicated on the Buyer's Certificate after the buyer picks up the vehicle.

All items must be removed within 10 business days (by 4:00 p.m.) from the date of WVSASP's approval or the buyer will be defaulted. If the buyer is defaulted, GovDeals will refund the purchase price plus any taxes. THE 5% BIDDER FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE if you default.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located. Partial loads will not be allowed to leave the property. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. ITEMS AUCTIONED ARE FOR PICKUP ONLY. PACKAGING AND SHIPPING ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BIDDER. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Person removing the items must provide a copy of their Buyer's Certificate at the time of removal as the Buyer's Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase. Items will only be released to the winning bidder unless prior arrangements have been made with WVSASP. The prior arrangements must be e-mailed to from the e-mail address that is listed on the Buyer's Certificate and give their permission and the name of the 3rd-Party agent that will remove the items for them. If using a 3rd-Party agent for removal, buyer must provide agent with a copy of their Buyer's Certificate. Items will not be released and the removal will be delayed until WVSASP receives the above required information.
