COVID-19 protocol, all previews must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Monday thru Thursday).

a mask in order to preview the asset.

All vehicles and equipment are sold "as is, where is" and we
strongly recommend the bidders to self-inspect the auctions prior to bidding. Auction only includes the
item as described and any other machine/equipment seen on pictures in the surroundings are not part of
this auction.

Surplus does not have a certified
mechanic on site.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS

TAX CALCULATION:

Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION:

Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

PICK UP DEADLINE: Thursday, February 10th by 3:00pm

Loading and Transportation of this Vehicle/Equipment is the buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be charged for any item not removed by the pick up deadline.

REMOVAL OPTIONS

Option 1: Local Pick Up:
Buyer may choose to pick this item up in person.

Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyer may have someone else pick up this item. An Authorization of Release must be emailed to the Agency email listed above prior to pick up. Seller will verify photo ID to release this item.

NOTICE:
