Description : Up for action is a lot of Aruba Network equipment. Items observed in this lot are as follows: ARUBA J9734A Stacking Cables, ARUBA JL325A Stacking Modules, ARUBA JL086A Power supplies, ARUBA JL322A Switches. All of these items appear to be "new" Factory sealed boxes. I did open one of each item to take pictures and confirm that they were as labeled.

None of these items were tested.

Q: I see the part numbers on the outsides of the boxes that you pictured. Can you confirm that the contents of the boxes matches the part numbers and serial numbers? Most of the time, the older model is placed in the new replacement box and then sent to surplus. (1/19/22 8:52 PM)
A: This is usually the case. however these boxes appear to have the factory seal on them. appear to never have been opened. that is why opened a couple and they are still sealed in plastic in the box. (1/20/22 10:31 AM)

Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. PICK UP DEADLINE

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of the Buyer's Certificate. Buyers can pick up the property only by appointment. Due to COVID-19 protocol, all pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Tues thru Friday). Please call 360-688-6935 to schedule an appointment. Customers are required to wear a mask in order to pick up the asset. A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset.

A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged after deadline.

Seller does not arrange freight pickup or provide freight carrier referrals or quotes. The Buyer should use the location and zip code in the asset listing when obtaining a quote and scheduling the freight company they have contracted. All freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

REMOVAL OPTIONS

Option 1: Local Pick Up
You may choose to pick this item up in person. We have forklifts and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed.

Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyer may have someone else pick up this item. An Authorization of Release must be emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov prior to pick up. Seller will verify photo ID to release this item.

Option 3: Freight Pick Up with Full Freight Prep
Buyer may have a freight company pick up this item. WA State Surplus Operations will prepare this item for shipping for a $65 plus tax per pallet preparation fee. Preparation consists of covering item in black poly wrap, shrink-wrapping and banding to the pallet. Buyer will be responsible for making shipping arrangements and prepaying freight cost with a freight carrier prior to shipping. A Bill of Lading, which must reference the Asset ID number, shall be emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov Items will be available for freight pickup 2 (two) business days after receipt of Bill of Lading.

This option requires you to call Surplus Cashier at 360-688-6935 to pay the $65 plus tax per pallet Freight Prep fee. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of the third party freight carrier/ shipper.
