Payment in full is due not later than ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS

TAX CALCULATION:

Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION:

Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

PICK UP DEADLINE

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Winning bidders can pick up the property only by appointment. Due to COVID-19 protocol, all pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (Tuesday thru Friday). Please call 360-688- 6935 to schedule an appointment. Customers are required to wear a mask in order to pick up the asset. A signed Bill of Sale will be required from the buyer prior to the pickup of any asset.

A daily storage fee of $6.00 per pallet will be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

REMOVAL OPTIONS

Option 1: Local Pick Up
You may choose to pick this item up in person. We have forklifts and personnel onsite to assist with load out if needed.

Option 2: Third Party Pick Up:
Buyer may have someone else pick up this item. An Authorization of Release must be emailed to SurplusCashier@des.wa.gov prior to pick up. Seller will verify photo ID to release this item.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions, your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.

All sales of surplus property are "as is," and the state takes no responsibility for and makes no guarantees with respect to items sold, provided that: the state shall make a statement of the condition of the merchandise, including major known defects, before sale. No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale.
