Marvair ComPac I vertical wall mount air conditioner with heat, Model#AVPA24ACA050NU-100. Single phase, 230V, 24,000BTU. This unit does not appear to have been used. It is still bolted to the shipping pallet. We have not powered this unit and do not know the mechanical condition. It appears to be in good condition with only minor damage to a side grille. Q: It looks a bit bulky and heavy. Is it close to a loading dock or somewhere that someone could get close to with a truck? Just making sure it doesn't need to be carried up stairs, or lifted it over other materials. Would there be someone available to help move it to curbside or a loading dock?  Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
