Inspections are by appointment only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance, Monday - Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. C.S.T., excluding holidays.

Condition of all items are "As-is, where is, without warranty and no refund." Every effort is made to provide an accurate and complete description of items listed; however, at times some variation may occur.

Only item described herein is included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured.

Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

Contact Seller to arrange payment. Acceptable forms of payment are:
- U. S. Currency
- Certified Cashiers Check
- Money Order
- Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory)
- PayPal (An Additional 3% Convenience Fee Applies)
- Wire Transfer
- ACH

Checks shall be made payable to Fort Zumwalt School District, MO. If you are paying with a check or cash you can pay at the pickup location on the day you pick up. If you pay electronically the funds must be deposited into our account before you can remove any property from our site.

Buyer's Certificate: Successful bidders will receive a Buyer's Certificate by email from GovDeals.

Property may be removed by appointment only Monday - Friday and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. All property must be removed from the location indicated on the Buyer's Certificate. No assistance will be provided.

A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days as stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

OPTIONAL requests for packaging and palletizing: Fort Zumwalt School District may consider packing and/or palletizing items for an additional fee of $50 per hour. This additional service is completely at the discretion of the seller and is subject to available staffing and other resources.

The Buyer must arrange and coordinate any and all shipping. Fort Zumwalt will not under any circumstances arrange for shipping.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this Sellers terms and conditions your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Fort Zumwalt School District makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Consideration of Bid: Fort Zumwalt School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from sale any of the items listed without recourse.
