Packing and shipping – Please contact one of the many local shipping companies in the Anchorage area to arrange pick up of an auction item if an out of state buyer, We will try and keep the items in any box, packing or container from the manufacture but we do not pack or ship items that is up to the winning buyer. We make no warranties on the condition or authenticity of the property. All sales are "As is - Where is." Do not use information listed on tags, stickers, tickets, or etchings that are located to any property item as an indicator of condition, serviceability, or authenticity. Removal

All assets must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed from 8:30 to 3:30 Monday – Friday AKST.

The Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for any damage to State of Alaska property resulting from the removal of property. The Buyer cannot perform maintenance on property purchased on State of Alaska property. If someone other than the Buyer is picking up property, the Buyer is responsible for sending the Seller authorization in writing (letter or e-mail) for the third party picking up the property. The third party will be required to show photo ID confirming they are authorized to pick up the property.

Property items not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate will be forfeited to the State of Alaska, Department of Administration, Division of General Services.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
