This auction is for three (3) metal storage cabinets. Cabinets are all the same- two doors with shelving inside. Heavily used condition. No guarantee or warranty, stated or implied, regarding current condition or operability. Bidder is encouraged to inspect before bidding. Item is being sold “as is, where is”. No other information is available at this time. Viewing and pickup by appointment only, and must be scheduled at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Awarded bidder is responsible for the removal of all items. Georgetown County School District does not offer assistance with loading or provide equipment for loading in any manner.

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

Effective March 23, 2020, Georgetown County School District will be operating on abreviated hours. We will continue to auction items but pickups may be delayed. The ten (10) day pickup rule is being waived until further notice. To schedule a pickup, call Lauren Schumacher at (843) 436-7025.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time/date from issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon presentation of a Buyer’s Certificate from GovDeals.
Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located, as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Georgetown County School District assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed as indicated on the Auction Page, excluding District holidays.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 (ten dollars) may be charged for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
