The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) is selling a 1999 Ford F-550 Regular Cab 2WD DRW TOW TRUCK, (7.3L V8 OHV 16V TURBO DIESEL). It has a Dynamic wrecker body with winch and integrated boom / wheel lift. 7,500 pound tow rating. Winch rating 8,000 pounds. Wheel lift rating 5,000 pounds. It comes with keys, and a clean and clear title.
The truck was used at Dulles International Airport. This surplus truck was purchased new, and placed in service on August 6, 1999.
It was taken out of service in running condition a year ago. The current operating condition is unknown as a jump-start was not attempted when received as surplus.
VEHICLE INSPECTION: Inspections are held by appointment only. Please contact Candece Dubard at email@example.com to schedule a viewing. Directions to the lot are provided in the removal section of this page. Please look at the pictures to get a clear understanding of any body damage, issues, and condition of the tires before placing a bid.
TITLE COMPLETION: Buyer must submit a copy of driver's license and information to complete the Certificate of Title and Bill of Sale documents to the seller. Title will be completed only in buyer's name as registered with GovDeals or their business name, if a copy of the business license is also submitted. The vehicle titling process may take up to 30 days.
VEHICLE REMOVAL: Buyer must pick up in person. At that time, buyer will sign the Certificate of Title and Bill of Sale documents. Removals are performed by scheduled appointment only.
VEHICLE CANNOT BE REMOVED/PICKED UP UNTIL THE BUYER HAS SIGNED THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE.

2. Follow the signs for Dulles Airport to Services (rental car return); this is Rudder Road.
3. Turn RIGHT at the first traffic light on Auto pilot drive.
4. Proceed on Auto Pilot Drive past all rental car offices.
5. Continue straight through the stop sign. The road will curve left and become Windshear Rd - keep straight.
6. The road will bend left becoming Glide Slope Drive, and the lot is the first on the right.
