This Vehicle is a 2009 Sterling L9500 CONVENTIONAL CAB, Dump Truck, this vehicle was removed from service in May of 2021, and features a 15 Liter L6 Detroit Diesel Engine, maintained every 6k miles, equipped with an 8 speed Eaton Transmission, and Jake Brake, includes an AM/FM radio, Cruise Control, and Air Conditioning.

As this vehicle was used in the County's road department, Minor scratches, dents and dings can be expected, the dump bed has rust from use in both road maintenance and salt use, the battery cover is damaged.

TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.

TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to GovDeals Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact GovDeals Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.

ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.



All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No assistance will be provided.


A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
