These are custom made cubicle partitions. They are stained oak and one maple with fabric on each for better sound protection and acoustics. These are all being sold together as one lot. They cannot be individually split up. Overall they are in very good condition. The fabric is a light color tan. In some of the photos it looks gray. Measurements as follows: 12 each of 4' x 4' with glass (oak). 1 each of 4' tall by 6.5' long with glass (oak). 1 each 4' tall by 5' long with glass (oak). 2 each 4' tall by 5' long without glass, (oak). 1 each 4' tall by 6' long with glass (Maple)

All buyers will be required to wear a mask before entering. If you are the successful highest/winning bidder, once your full payment has processed online, you must first print and sign the
Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature”. You will then need to scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with
a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers without an appointment will not be assisted, but will be instructed to make an appointment on another day.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
