The absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. We strongly encourage you to inspect the item(s) before you bid. We do NOT ship nor assist in shipping, we do NOT load nor assist in loading. You MUST be present to sign bill of sale. PLEASE bring whatever people and equipment necessary to take possession of item(s). There are NO exceptions. PLEASE call or email for appointment to pick up, pick up dates are Monday – Thursday, 7am – 3pm. There is a loading dock for pickup.

Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Buyers on level one probation have a PayPal and Credit Card limit of $1,000. If Wire Transfer is chosen, a Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select "My Bids". Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods are listed above. TAX CALCULATION & EXEMPTIONS TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction. Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! Due to liability concerns, please bring any equipment and persons needed to load this purchase as Blount County will in no way assist with employee labor or use of machinery.
