6" pipe, each approximately 20' long. These pipes were part of a water well system. All items must be removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to remove the entire lot will result in a default of the auction and loss of future bidding privileges.
Condition is not guaranteed. The absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. We strongly encourage you to inspect the item before you bid.

• No assistance or equipment is available onsite. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and labor needed for loading, transportation, and removal. On-site repairs and/or removal of parts will not be allowed under any circumstances.
•Payment of items is due FIVE (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Removal is due TEN (10) days from the close of the auction or one will be in default of the auction terms, and one's account will be locked.
• Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once items are removed from their location, the sale is final.

All purchased items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the State of Louisiana, Division of Administration, Louisiana Property Assistance Agency assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays, unless otherwise specified in the description. A daily storage fee of $20.00 or 2% of the bid, whichever is greater, per business day may be assesed for any item not removed after the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
