This item is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" a 2006 Caterpillar 325dl Excavator with approximately 12,450 hours, diesel engine. The unit is operational but the final drive has been removed and sitting in the floorboard. This unit was assigned to our Landfill Operations. All maintenance performed at regularly scheduled intervals.

Seller added the following information on 1/17/2023 12:59 PM:
Just for information the City will not assist with loading the Excavator. One side of the machine tracks fine and moving the equipment should not be an issue.

Item is at our City Landfill 3940 East Kivett Drive, High Point, NC. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING A COPY OF THE BUYER'S CERTIFICATE WITH PAYMENT WHEN PICKING UP THIS ITEM. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
