Payment

Payment methods for this item are Wire Transfer, PayPal, or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) only. PayPal and credit card purchases are limited to below $5,000.00 and Bidders residing in the United States, Canada and Mexico Only. If the winning bid plus applicable taxes, if any indicated, plus the buyer's premium equals to $5,000.00 or more, Wire Transfer must be used. Removal
To arrange pick-up, please call the Pennsylvania Federal Surplus Property Program to make an appointment: (717) 525.5804 or send an email to: pAknight@pa.gov. We do not allow or offer third party pickup options. Pickups are by appointment ONLY, if you arrive without a confirmed appointment you will be turned away. The Buyer is responsible for pick up at the GPS ADDRESS: 2050 STATE STREET, HARRISBURG, PA. Please follow the access road through both gates to arrive at the Loading Dock. All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 AM through 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, excluding legal holidays. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 AM through 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, excluding legal holidays. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
