The successful bidder shall assume all costs of removing equipment from its location, and all equipment which may remain on the City's premises during the removal period shall remain upon the sole risk and responsibility of the successful bidder. All equipment is offered in an "As Is" condition. The bidder assumes full responsibility for knowing the condition of the equipment upon which a bid is entered. Equipment may be inspected by appointment at Brecksville City Hall by calling Kristen Kouri at 440 526-4351. If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with GovDeals WILL BE LOCKED!
